So, here it is! Single girl, living in the grand Windy City. Can't say I ever thought I'd make it here. And certainly not under these conditions. It's pretty funny that I'm finding myself to be much more independent NOW than I ever was before I got sick. What is it they say, necessity is the mother of invention? Maybe it's more "You don't know what you can do, until you are forced to." Basically, here's the scoop. I went from being a successful entrepreneur, to having a disability. I was a makeup artist, store owner, translator, etc. This along with having a day job. I had my own car, did everything on my own. My credit was not 100%, but it was getting up there. Then, I had a grand mal seizure at work, and that changed EVERYTHING. Long story short, I've had more head trauma in the past three years, than in my entire life, and because of this, I now have to deal with memory issues, intermittent mobility issues, and impaired brain power. It takes me a lot longer to learn new tasks, I have trouble remembering people. Some days , I am fine, other days I can't figure out how to get dressed. So, this site, is basically going to be about reviews. I'm going to be using products, and services, and basing my review on the quality of the product, and how easy it is for me to use it. If it's difficult to figure out, I'll let you know. I figure if I can figure something out, then the general public definitely can! I'm also including my posts in Spanish, as I'm bilingual. If you have any suggestions, or requests, please feel free to let me know!!! ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Nunca pense que iva a encontrarme en la ciudad de los vientos. Seguramente, no pense que tuviera mas independencia ahora que estoy enferma. Pero aqui estoy. Que ironia, que ahora que estoy desabilitada, soy mas independiente que en toda mi vida. Hay un dicho que dice, "nunca sabes de lo que eres capaz, hasta que lo tienes que hacer a fuerzas." En este sitio, voy a estar reportando mi opinion de ciertos productos y servicios. Me voy a enfocar en unos puntos *que facil es de usar, especificamente para alguien con desabilidades fisicas, o mentales. Si es ago que yo puedo usar con facilidad, entonces mucha gente podra usarlo. Como soy bilingue, voy a hacer mis reportes en Ingles y Español.
